Return Fees

For defective or incorrect products: No charge to the customer. This applies when the product received is incorrect, damaged by the carrier or defective in any other way.

If the customer changes their mind: The customer bears the actual cost of the return. This applies when the customer orders the wrong item, the item does not suit them, or they no longer want it. The initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

Contact us: Send an email to contact@cyberystarsy.store with your order number and the reason for the return.
Pack your item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags and documents.
Send it back: Ship your return following the instructions provided in your return authorisation email. You may use the carrier or shipping method recommended in that email.
